I used Air Escort a few months ago to transport a young, critically ill cancer patient from New York to Dominica so he could receive end-of-life care surrounded by his family at home. Chris (the flight nurse) was wonderfully compassionate and caring; I greatly appreciated that Chris called me with an update as soon as my patient arrived at his destination.
